The goal of Campbell & Slevin Ltd. is to operate as a profitable, independently controlled business servicing the needs of its customers for the installation and final inspection and testing of electrical services and the construction and maintenance of building works and associated civil engineering throughout Northern Ireland. It is the committed policy of the organisation to achieve its objectives by developing, maintaining and continually improving its operations through a quality management system that will comply with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000, Other British Standards, Approved Codes of Practice and relevant product standards and be maintained by the implementation of procedures for management functions that are properly controlled and monitored to ensure the quality of service and prevention of non-conformity. 

Top management will ensure that the importance of this policy in meeting its customers as well as statutory and regulatory requirements is communicated to all staff.  The organisation also undertake to ensure that the competence and commitment of its staff to deliver the services required meets the expectations and needs of its customers through the adjustment of its organisational goals.  All persons within the organisation are required to undergo a programme of staff training and development to ensure they understand, implement and maintain the quality policy objectives, in order to ensure the effectiveness and continual improvement of the quality management system. Campbell & Slevin Ltd. have set the following measurable quality objectives that will be regularly reported on:
